We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible.

Refunds are available for any order that has not yet shipped.

Once a product has shipped or left our facility, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality and integrity of all Genlevate products and take every precaution to ensure safe, secure packaging.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or compromised during shipment, we will gladly review your case for a replacement or refund.
To qualify:

The damage must have occurred during shipping.

You must provide clear photos showing the condition of both the outer packaging and the product.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Provide Documentation
Include your order number and detailed photos of the damaged package and product. -
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

Due to regulatory compliance, all sales of research-use materials are considered final once shipped.
