We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as alternative methods such as Zelle, CashApp, or cryptocurrency (when available).
Each payment method is subject to the provider’s own processing terms and conditions.
5. Shipping & Returns
Final Sale: Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstance.
Damaged Shipments:
If an item arrives damaged or compromised, contact info@genlevate.com immediately. Replacements or refunds are issued only at our discretion upon verification.
Force Majeure:
Genlevate LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or lost shipments.

13. Product Quality Guarantee
Genlevate stands behind the integrity of its research materials.
You may independently verify purity through any licensed HPLC testing laboratory.
If verified results are negative for authenticity, we will issue a full refund, including product and shipping costs, upon submission of verified lab results.
Affiliate & Promotional Program Terms
Genlevate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any affiliate or promotional program without prior notice for violations of program policies or misuse of discount codes.

Affiliates may not use the Genlevate brand name (“Genlevate”) in paid search, PPC, or domain names.

Orders placed by the affiliate for personal use do not qualify for commissions.

Commission eligibility is void for traffic sourced primarily from brand-related search terms.

Genlevate reserves the right to withhold commissions or remove affiliates who violate terms or misuse brand assets.
All affiliate communications and customer data remain protected under our Privacy Policy.
